Prime Radiant / Phase 1 — Machine Cards

Phase 1 — Machine Cards

Claude Sonnet authors ~360 Machine Cards from the pinned schema. Each card is a YAML-serialized class description of a civilizational machine: its era, pace layer, state variables, couplings, lineage, and phase snapshots. Phase 1 is the corpus that feeds all downstream retrieval and reasoning.

Authoring method

Cards are authored by Claude Sonnet sub-subagents via the Agent tool. The meta-supervisor dispatches batches of 8–10 cards per session. Each card is grounded in research wave notes (Wave 0–9), validated against the Pydantic schema, and audited by the cross-card validator before landing on main.
