Community Land Trust (class)

Class card for LM-Dawn community-owned land-trust institutions that hold land in collective trust for housing affordability, ecological stewardship, food-sovereignty, or cultural preservation — outside both state-owned public housing (MM-welfare-apparatus form) and private fee-simple ownership (MM/DM real-estate capitalism).
