Class card for the drone-and-cyber form of military force as a DM-Day institution: the dominant-form of coercive capacity that emerged from the Gulf War I (1991) precision-strike demonstration through the Iraq/Afghanistan PMC explosion (2003–2014) and the Stuxnet revelation (2010) to the Ukrainian mass-cheap-drone paradigm (2022+).
